The rooms were quiet and featured a shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels, with a private bathroom and great essentials; the hotel's central location was excellent.

Located in the heart of a vibrant mountain town, this hotel offers excellent proximity to the ski lifts, bars, and restaurants. the friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable, clean rooms make for a great stay. the ski locker and boot room are excellent, and the sauna is a welcome relief after a day on the slopes.

The towels could use updating to ensure they match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

The food and drinks offered were tasty and refreshing, and the location was unbeatable. Being close to the skiing area and the hotspots made it easy to access everything. The staff was quite prompt in attending to issues, like when we had issues with the heating system in the room. We loved the slopes and the snow, and the minibar was well-stocked with snacks.

Our stay was ruined by the uncomfortable beds, pillows, and the general state of our room. The pillows were too thin and worn out, and the bed felt like a rock.

This city is amazing! I love that it's right in the center of everything and just a few steps away from all three major ski lifts. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the facilities are top-notch. Transport is convenient, and parking is just a short walk away. The staff is accommodating and always made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast is delicious, and the spread is fantastic.

Fantastic location at the heart of a pedestrian street, a few steps away from the lifts. the food was great, with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. the views from the balcony were breathtaking.

We experienced trouble with the pillows and towels; they need to be replaced.
